Problem
The firm's new site still ran a placeholder theme, and the live site didn't connect to Lawmatics at all.
Each step from booking to completion depended on staff doing it by hand.
What I built
- Rebuilt the site pages in the firm's brand, with the attorney's real credentials, legal pages and one clean navigation. The attorney approved the design at the August checkpoint.
- Lawmatics booking calendars for each consultation type and a speaking-request form, linked from the service packages and the footer.
- Client-journey automations in Lawmatics: welcome and portal invites, document-inventory reminders, engagement-letter copies, staff tasks and probate deadline reminders.
- Pipelines that track each client by service type and stage.
- An intake form that clients can save and come back to. It went live in October after a signed-out save-and-resume test.
Stack
- WordPress and Elementor
- Lawmatics automations
- Lawmatics forms and calendars
Outcomes
- The resumable intake form is live. The other automations stay off until the firm signs off on testing.
In final testing. Results will be added after launch.
