Hire me
I take remote AI implementation contracts, 1099 or C2C, and I'll consider W2 for the right role. Email or LinkedIn is the fastest way to reach me.
How I work on a contract
First week: scope and access
Scoping comes first. I learn how the work runs today, we agree on what I'm building and what done looks like, and I set up the access I need.
Build with approval rules
Every build has written rules for what the AI does on its own and what waits for a person. Anything that touches money or a client message waits for approval.
Weekly check-ins
A short check-in each week: what shipped, what's next and anything I need from you. You see working pieces as they're built.
Training and handoff
I build the system, then I teach the team to run it. You get written steps your team can follow, the way I wrote training guides at the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Janine Hudson is an AI implementation lead and HighLevel Certified Admin. She builds AI agents and automations that run inside real businesses, and she manages the whole project: scoping, build, rollout, training and support. At her agency, Mobi9Tech, AI agents work across 10+ client accounts, and anything that touches money or a client message waits for her approval. She built a transportation system for one client, covering trip logging and automated billing, and invoicing went from 30+ days to one day after month-end close. She is a service-disabled veteran, spent almost four years writing curriculum and training guides at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and is available for remote 1099 or C2C contracts from Nov 2, 2026.
