This site belongs to Janine Hudson. This page explains what information it collects, why, and what happens to it.
What you send me
When you fill in a form on this site, I receive what you type. That's usually your name, email address and message.
The forms send your details to my customer records system, which runs on HighLevel through my company, Mobi9Tech. I use them to reply to you and to keep track of our conversation.
Booking and payments
Booking a session opens Mobi9Tech's booking page. If you pay for a session, the payment processor on that page handles your card. I never see or store your card number.
Client intake forms
If I've sent you a private intake link, your answers are saved in a secure database so you can come back and update them. Your browser also keeps a copy on that device while you work, in case the connection drops.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses analytics to count visits and clicks, such as resume downloads and booking clicks. This may set a cookie that tells one visit from another. It doesn't tell me who you are.
What I don't do
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and intake answers for as long as they're useful to our work together. If you ask, I'll delete them.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, email me. I reply within 1 business day.
Changes to this page
If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
