Problem
When one person runs 10+ client accounts, things slip between sessions. Credentials, rules and history drift.
Client work needs continuity, and a person has to approve anything that spends money or messages a client.
What I built
- A git-based workspace for each client, with agent instructions, reusable skills, planning docs, working memory and dated session logs.
- Shared skills and scheduled routines that every workspace can use.
- MCP servers and command-line tools that connect the agents to the CRM, WordPress, Google Workspace and QuickBooks.
- Written approval rules. Email drafts stay unsent until I review them, the inbox routine may only add or remove labels, and destructive commands are blocked by default.
- Proof rules: no invented testimonials and no metric without a source. This site follows them.
